Welcome to my practice. I am glad you have chosen to consider therapy with me. My name is Tanya Prather, and I have provided individual, family and group therapy and assessment services to infants, children, adolescents, adults and elders for ten years.

I have an attachment-focused practice, and I strive to nurture wholeness and encourage growth by being present and nonjudgmental. I also believe in fostering self-compassion. I believe therapy can help uncover and strengthen inner resources to build tools to address current difficulties.
